Thank you for choosing fairway jockey for your custom golf club needs. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional service. Please read the following policies carefully to understand our procedures regarding order cancellations, returns, refunds, and warranty claims.

Custom Club & Shaft Orders

Return/Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom club/shaft orders once they have been finalized. A custom built club/shaft is defined as any club or shaft in which you have selected a shaft, grip, and/or build specs for the club/shaft.

If there is a defect in the product or an error on our part, please contact our customer service within (7) days of receiving your order for assistance at +1 (480) 297-0952 or support@fairwayjockey.com.

Refunds will only be issued if there is a defect in the product or an error on our part that cannot be resolved through replacement or store credit.

Cancellation/Modification Policy

Custom club and shaft orders can be canceled within (1) business day (Monday-Friday) of placing the order. We will provide store credit for the full amount which can be used for future purchases. Alternatively, you may receive a refund to your original payment method minus a 20% processing fee.

Order modifications on custom clubs and shafts must me made within (3) business days (M-F) of placing the order, no exceptions.

Warranty Policy

All warranties on custom-built orders, including heads, shafts, grips, and adapters, are based on the manufacturer/OEM warranty. If the manufacturer/OEM vendor offers a warranty or replacement for a specific product or component based on a reported incident (provided we have images or proof to submit), we will replace that particular component of the custom build for the original order. To determine the length of the warranty period for any ordered component, please refer to the manufacturer/OEM's official website.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or alterations made by the customer. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Pre-Built Club Orders

Return/Refund Policy

If the club(s) are un-hit and are in original delivered condition, you may exchange or receive store credit for your pre-built club(s). Our operations team will inspect the clubs once they have been returned to Fairway Jockey. You will have 14 days from point of delivery to issue a return/exchange.

If there is a defect in the product or an error on our part, please contact our customer service within (7) days of receiving your order for assistance at +1 (480) 297-0952 or support@fairwayjockey.com.

For incorrect products, we would ask you to send a picture of the incorrect product. After it's verified, we create a warranty order followed by a return shipping label.

Return/Refund Policy

Footwear & Apparel

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fairway Jockey. Should you need to make a return or exchange, please follow the guidelines below:

Initiate your return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us via phone at 480-297-0952 or email at info@fairwayjockey.com. We'll be happy to assist you and provide you with a return shipping label to send the product back to us. Refunds can be issued in full to your original payment method or as store credit.

Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, kindly return it for a refund and place a new order.

For a full refund, ensure that the items are returned in their original condition. While we understand you want to take them out of the packaging to review your purchase, please take care to keep all clothing tags and packaging intact. The garment or shoe must be unworn, unwashed, with the tag still on to be eligible for a return. If we receive garments or shoes that are clearly worn with stains or without a tag, we will decline your return and ship back your order.

Please be aware that custom items, such as products that have been embroidered or personalized with a name or phrase, are exempt from our standard return policy. Unfortunately, customized items cannot be returned.

All Other Items

Non club items can be returned/exchanged within 14 days of receipt for store credit. Alternatively, you may receive a refund to your original payment method minus a 20% processing fee. A return label will be provided to the customer. Items must be new, unused, and have original tags attached.

Refunds to the original payment method are issued only in case of a product defect or an error on our part that cannot be resolved through replacement or store credit.

**Exclusions apply to custom items, such as products that you embroider, or personalize with a name, phrase, etc. Customized items cannot be returned.

In these events, you will need to wait for your items to arrive and request a return. We will provide store credit for the full amount which can be used for future purchases. Alternatively, you may receive a refund to your original payment method minus a 20% processing fee.

We cannot guarantee any modifications for non-club orders. Please reach out to our customer service team for modification requests.

Warranty Policy

All warranties for non-club orders are subject to the manufacturer/oem warranty. If the manufacturer/oem vendor offers a warranty or replacement based on a reported incident (provided we have images or proof), we will replace that component. To determine the warranty period, refer to the manufacturer/oem's official website.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or customer alterations. To initiate a warranty claim, contact customer service with your order number, a detailed issue description, and any supporting images or proof required by the manufacturer/oem.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Fairway Jockey whose website is fairwayjockey.com. The "Prize" refers to one (1) Stewart Golf Q Follow valued at $2,999.

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59pm PST on Friday, May 31st, 2024. One (1) winner will be selected at random by The Promoter on Monday, June 3rd, 2024 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.

The Promoter’s contest includes entries via website pop-up form. Email sign up earns one (1) contest entry with one (1) bonus entry awarded to those who sign up for SMS. By signing up for emails and text messages, you consent to receive marketing communication (e.g. promos, cart reminders) from Fairway Jockey and/or Stewart Golf at the email address and/or phone number provided.

No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.

The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

The email address of the winner will be shared internally to enable fulfillment of the Prize.

The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

Discount Policies

Club/Shaft Discount Exclusions

All pre-built clubs are excluded from promotional offers. Due to supplier agreements, certain club & shaft builds may be ineligible from promotional discount offers found through Fairway Jockey and/or it's partners. Custom club and/or shafts are ineligible from discount when build selections do not meet requirements outlined by our supplier agreements.
