Custom Club & Shaft Orders
Return/Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom club/shaft orders once they have been finalized. A custom built club/shaft is defined as any club or shaft in which you have selected a shaft, grip, and/or build specs for the club/shaft.
If there is a defect in the product or an error on our part, please contact our customer service within (7) days of receiving your order for assistance at +1 (480) 297-0952 or support@fairwayjockey.com.
Refunds will only be issued if there is a defect in the product or an error on our part that cannot be resolved through replacement or store credit.
Should we accept your return, please allow 10 days for us to process. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of approval, and you will receive a notification via email. We refund the merchandise total but not shipping costs, and refunds are issued in the original payment method or store credit
Cancellation/Modification Policy
Custom club and shaft orders may be canceled within (1) business day (Monday-Friday) of placing the order. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment, or in the form of Store Credit. We are unable to issue refunds to an alternative form of payment from what was originally used.
All other requests to cancel will be reviewed by FJ management and if approved, a refund will be issued in Store Credit or a refund to the original form of payment minus a 20% processing fee.
Once the order enters production, we unfortunately are unable to cancel the order.
If you wish to make any modifications to your existing order, these requests must be received within (3) business days (Monday-Friday) of placing the order. No exceptions. For expedited orders, no modification requests can be made after your order is placed.
Warranty Policy
All warranties on custom-built orders, including heads, shafts, grips, and adapters, are based on the manufacturer/OEM warranty. If the manufacturer/OEM vendor offers a warranty or replacement for a specific product or component based on a reported incident (provided we have images or proof to submit), we will replace that particular component of the custom build for the original order. To determine the length of the warranty period for any ordered component, please refer to the manufacturer/OEM's official website.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or alterations made by the customer. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Pre-Built Club Orders
Return/Refund Policy
If the club(s) are un-hit and are in original delivered condition, you may exchange or receive store credit for your pre-built club(s). Our operations team will inspect the clubs once they have been returned to Fairway Jockey. You will have 14 days from point of delivery to issue a return/exchange. Please note, international orders outside the U.S. will be responsible for return shipping costs.

For incorrect products, we would ask you to send a picture of the incorrect product. After it's verified, we create a warranty order followed by a return shipping label.

Non-Club Orders
Return/Refund Policy
General Return Guidelines
- All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- To start a return, please contact us by phone 480-297-0952 or email info@fairwayjockey.com.
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we can help you return your original purchase for a refund and you may place a new order.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless approved by management.
- International orders shipped outside of the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We do not accept returns on Gift cards.
Apparel & Footwear
Custom items such as those embroidered or personalized cannot be returned. All other apparel and footwear items may receive:
- 100% refund to store credit, or
- 100% refund to the original payment method
Items must be:
- In original condition
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Tags still attached
We cannot issue refunds for items that are clearly worn, stained, or missing tags. These items will be returned back to you.
Bags, Electronics, Training Aids & Non-Apparel Items
Custom items such as those embroidered or personalized cannot be returned. All other bags, electronics, training aids, and all other non-apparel items may receive:
- 100% refund to store credit, or
- Refund to original payment method minus a 20% processing fee
Cancellation/Modification Policy
Non-Club orders can be canceled within (1) business day (Monday-Friday) of placing the order. However, we cannot cancel your order if it has already been shipped. In this case, you will need to wait for your items to arrive and request a return. See non-club order return/refund policy for refund methods.
We cannot guarantee any modifications for non-club orders. Please reach out to our customer service team for modification requests.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Fairway Jockey whose website is fairwayjockey.com, and GOLF whose website is golf.com. The "Prize" refers to one (1) Callaway Quantum Max Iron Set (5-GW) valued at $1,099.00.
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59pm PST on June 30th, 2026. One (1) winner will be selected at random by The Promoter on July 1st, 2026 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
The Promoter’s contest includes entries via website pop-up form. Email sign up earns one (1) contest entry with one (1) bonus entry awarded to those who sign up for SMS. By signing up for emails and text messages, you consent to receive marketing communication (e.g. promos, newsletters, cart reminders) from Fairway Jockey and Golf.com and their partners at the email address and/or phone number provided.
No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
The email address of the winner will be shared internally to enable fulfillment of the Prize.
The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
